Johan Ingles-Le Nobel is a manager in an IT & Telecoms company by day and a photographer by night. Before he did a couple of proper degrees at St.Andrews, he trained in photography with Ken Light at the Academy of Art College in San Francisco where he attained a work scholarship in the 1980s.
Born in the Netherlands, he now lives in Surrey with his wife and two children and relaxes from the daily stresses of working life by following his passion in photography, specialising in extreme macro imaging. His work is widely acclaimed and has been published in many periodicals around the globe and featured on the TV by the BBC. In 2015, after he was made a Pentax Ambassador, many of his images went on tour in London, Newcastle, Stockport, Bristol, Reading, Weybridge, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Peterborough and Uxbridge. His website, 'Extreme-macro.co.uk' (click on the image link below) is one of the best sources of information for aspiring macro photographers.
The Harwich & Dovercourt Camera Club is honoured to count Johan as a friend of the Club and looks forward to his visit and presentation to it's members sometime in the near future.
