A WANDER AROUND COLCHESTER

A Wander around Colchester has been arranged for a social evening of photography on Monday April 2nd 2018.
If you are interested please meet at the Vinyard St. carpark at 19.00hrs.

The Challenge for the evening is "a different view".

Please look for anything different i.e. small details, reflections etc.

All this of course weather permitting.

2016 Club weekend away

On 29th October 2016 four members and their wives/daughter/friend boarded the Black Watch cruise ship at Harwich International Cruise Terminal for a 2-night Mystery destination cruise, and what a great time we all had.

Of course, Brenda, Pat, Ron and Paul took their cameras with them and were rewarded with a superb fine (weatherwise) day in AMSTERDAM.

All agreed that the Fred Olsen Lines cruise ship was excellent and waist-lines increased with the amount of very tasty food that we all ate. Wine, beer and spirit prices were very reasonable, so the final bill did not break the bank - in fact one couple won more money on the Bingo than their bar bill and came away in profit!

The Black Watch sails again from Harwich in 2017, so some of us are looking to book that cruise now - this time it's a much longer cruise, but once again, the destinations are a Mystery.
